The Reach Travel, an Embark Beyond affiliate, is a luxury travel company. We partner with hotels, guides, transfer companies, etc., around the world to elevate your travel booking experience. I have access to special benefits such as room upgrades, daily breakfast, Wi-Fi, dining, spa, excursion, and concierge assistance with your hotel(s) like VIP Fast Track, transfers, touring, car rentals, dinner reservations, etc. We do charge an additional concierge fee. This fee varies on location, length of trip, number of people, and has been confirmed in email. While you are enjoying your trip, my local partners and I are monitoring and managing your itinerary every step of the way.

As a client, you have exclusive access to valuable amenities at Virtuoso affiliated properties and other properties where we are preferred partners. You have exclusive access to the best that travel has to offer.

As members of a Forbes Top Tier elite-classified travel agency and a Condé Nast Top Travel Specialist, our reach and relationships give us even more resources to draw on across the globe.

Arrangements are secured with the credit card direct with the hotels and suppliers, per their terms and conditions. Planning fees are paid through The Reach, an affiliate of Embark Beyond. You will be provided with all payment information and cancellation policies of the supplier in advance, which you will acknowledge and approve.

CLIENT COOPERATION

CLIENT agrees to timely provide any information and/or documentation necessary to the provider of services and to cooperate in providing anything reasonably required for providing its services.

CLIENT agrees to promptly pay any fees or required payments.

CLIENT agrees to respond to requests for information, approvals, and payments within 48-72 hours. Delays in client response may affect availability and pricing of services.

CONSULTATION FEE

The consultation fee varies per trip and is based upon the number of travelers, destination, the level of complication anticipated and other factors. This non-refundable consultation fee for research and development of a custom itinerary and covers three itinerary revisions. The consultation fee under $2000 shall be collected prior to the commencement of trip planning and is non-refundable. When fees exceed $2000, 50% is collected prior and the other 50% is collected upon confirmation or when more than three amendments are required. At that stage, additional change fees may apply and should not exceed five itinerary versions.

AIR TRAVEL

The Reach Travel does not personally book commercial airfare. For Business class or First Class tickets, I work with one of my partner companies who can assist for a fee, as follows:

  • Domestic Ticket: $50-$100/ticket
  • International Ticket: $50-$125/ticket

FORCE MAJEURE

The Reach Travel, an affiliate of Embark Beyond is not liable for any travel interruption or interference due to causes beyond its control, including but not limited to, acts of God, acts of civil authorities, acts of military authorities, riots, embargoes, strikes, acts of nature, and natural disasters, and other acts which may be due to unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from events outside our control, including but not limited to travel delays, natural disasters, or government actions. We highly recommend travel insurance to cover for unexpected issues.

THIRD PARTY QUOTES AND CANCELLATION FEES

When booking a fully curated itinerary, Destination Management Company (DMC) are often brought in for local partnerships. Cancellation policies vary by provider. Pricing and availability are subject to change and are not guaranteed until payment is received. Price quotes are applicable to the date and time at which they are received. Quotes in foreign currency are subject to fluctuation in exchange rates and international credit card issuer fees. In the event you cancel your trip after we have your trip under deposit, you will be charged the cancellation fee charged by the hotel, tour company or other supplier. Planning fees paid to The Reach Travel, an affiliate of Embark Beyond are non-refundable.

CHANGE FEES

Any modifications requested by the client within 30 days before departure or during the trip will incur an administrative fee starting at $150. This fee covers our processing costs and any applicable charges from airlines, hotels, or other service providers.

ERRORS AND OMISSIONS

While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, The Reach Travel, an affiliate of Embark Beyond is not responsible for errors in information provided by third-party suppliers (hotels, tour operators, airlines, etc.). Client is responsible for verifying all booking details, travel documents, visa requirements, and health/vaccination requirements.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

Client is strongly advised to purchase comprehensive travel insurance. The Reach Travel, an affiliate of Embark Beyond is not responsible for any costs associated with trip cancellations, interruptions, medical emergencies, or lost belongings.

PASSPORT AND VISA REQUIREMENTS

Client is solely responsible for ensuring valid passports (with at least 6 months validity beyond travel dates), visas, and any required travel documents. The Reach Travel , an affiliate of Embark Beyond provides guidance but is not responsible for denied entry or travel disruptions due to improper documentation.

SUPPLIER RELATIONSHIP

The Reach Travel, an affiliate of Embark Beyond acts as an intermediary between client and travel suppliers. We are not responsible for the actions, services, or failures of third-party providers including but not limited to hotels, airlines, tour operators, restaurants, and transportation companies.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Embark Beyond's total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total planning fees paid by client to The Reach Travel, an affiliate of Embark Beyond. This limitation applies to all claims, whether based on contract, negligence, or any other legal theory.
